What we do:
Life Skillz Supported Accommodation is founded on the principles of promoting positive and meaningful progression. We provide housing and support to individuals on their journey toward independence, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to ultimately achieve stable, independent living.
Who we Support:
We support young adults males and females aged between 18-25 and 25-35 that have been involved or at risk of :
Homelessness
Released from a custodial sentence
Leaving Care 18+
Not in employment, education or training​
Asylum Seekers/Refugees
Our support services are designed to encourage and empower individuals to enhance their social, emotional, and functional skills. This approach enables them to develop coping mechanisms for the future, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being.
Floating Support And Services :
Our floating support services are designed to assist individuals with housing management, ensuring they can live independently. These services aim to help individuals effectively manage their housing needs. The Floating Support Team will work closely with you to address any housing crises and enhance your skills and confidence, empowering you to take control of your life and make informed decisions. Residents will receive several hours of personalized support each week, tailored to their individual needs, to successfully maintain their tenancy.
The services you receive may differ slightly depending on the individual circumstances:​

Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
Accessing education, training and work
Managing antisocial behaviour
Maintain health, safety and security
Managing rent and rent arrears
Signposting and accessing other services
Access physical and mental health services, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
