What we do:
Life Skillz Supported Living is built upon the foundation of positive and meaningful progression whilst providing housing and support to young adults on their pathway to independence, we equip people with the confidence to achieve an end goal of stable independent living.
Who we Support:
We support young adults males aged between 18 and 35 that have been involved or at risk of :
Homelessness
Released from a custodial sentence
Pending custodial sentencing or trial
Not in employment, education or training​
Asylum Seekers
Our support services focus on encouraging and empowering individuals to develop their social, emotional and functional skills, enabling them to acquire coping mechanisms for the future and take steps towards resilience and wellbeing.
Floating Support And Services :
Our floating support services aims to support individuals with housing management to ensure they remain living independently. Our Floating support team will help you resolve a housing crisis and improve your skills and confidence to take control of your life and make your own decisions. Residents will receive a few hours of support a week (depending on their needs) to help them maintain their tenancy.
The services you receive may differ slightly depending on the individual circumstances:​
Maintain a tenancy
Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
Accessing education, training and work
Managing antisocial behaviour
Maintain health, safety and security
Managing rent and rent arrears
Signposting and accessing other services
Access physical and mental health services, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
